2. 24 Hours Before: Prep Like a Pro (20 Minutes)

• Cleanse your lashes with an oil-free cleanser.
• Avoid waterproof mascara or lash curlers.
• Remove contact lenses and switch to glasses if possible.
• Read our FAQ for allergy info and service policies.

Sensitive eyes? Let us know so we can prepare hypoallergenic adhesive.

3. Day Of: Relax & Enjoy (2–2.5 Hours)

Arrive makeup-free and avoid caffeine to stay comfortable. We begin with a detailed consultation, lash mapping, and then a calming application on a plush reclining bed. You are welcome to nap or listen to a podcast.

4. Aftercare: Keep Lashes Flawless

• Avoid water, steam, and saunas for 24 hours.
• Brush lashes daily with the provided clean spoolie.
• Cleanse with lash-safe products and avoid oil-based skincare.
• Schedule a refill every 2–3 weeks using the pre-book link.
